Has anyone here ever used any Zoho products? I'm looking into Zoho Writer. Hopefully this time I'll actually get a response from someone.

Okay, while there hasn't been enough time for a response from them, I did finally the Zoho forum. My advice? Do NOT buy into this company. At least not for data storage. Possibly make use of their online text editor. To clarify, Zoho is an online office suite with what are essentially clones of MS Office. Free and paid accounts get access to the whole suite. And they do have a ton of online documentation. That's the good part. So much so that it's time consuming to find specific answers. I've been surfing for specs and reviews off and on for several days now. Finally gave up and emailed them shortly before my original post. And, of course, I found the user forum right *after* sending the email. *sighs dramatically!* I had to create an account just to view the user forum. After looking through it for a couple hours, I was not impressed. From what I read, they talk a good game and their software is pretty, but they don't appear to live up to a lot of their own claims. Not by a long shot. Granted, they have have a miniscule user base compared to EN and could, I guess, still be considered a start-up. But some of the biggest reasons we are all looking to migrate away from EN seem be even worse with Zoho. i.e. Lack of security and features being yanked without a peep. I really hate it when a company prevents anyone from reading their message board, unless they register. That sends a bad vibe to me.
